Seeing the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast, like sheep without a shepherd.
- Matthew 9:36
Pray For Gaza
This is a non-political space where anyone is welcome to join us as we pray for those who are suffering in Gaza.
Prayer Points
>58,000 children have lost one or both parents during the current conflict. Pray for the care and provision of food, protection, shelter, schooling and needs of these precious children.
Pray for stability in the whole region, and that God would raise up peacemakers on all sides.
Pray for the huge number of people living with disabilities due to injuries sustained in the conflict. At least 41,844 people are now living with life-changing injuries, 20% of those are children.

As the world's attention shifts to Iran, pray that Gaza will not be forgotten but that a just and comprehensive peace plan will be established and enacted.
Pray for the indigenous Christians living in Gaza. There are only about 600-700 remaining. Pray as they reach out to their wider community that they would reflect God's love to the people in Gaza.
These prayer points will change and be updated periodically. Last update: May 19th, 2026
First Steps
There are two easy ways for people to get involved:
(1) Form a prayer group at your church, youth group or with friends to commit to regular prayer for the people in Gaza.
(2) Give generously - we don't want money to get into the wrong hands so below are three secure ways to support:
Our trusted Christian partners (the Shepherd Society, the Palestinian Bible Society and Christian Mission to Gaza) can securely transfer financial donations directly to the approximately 637 Christians remaining in Gaza for food parcels, basic necessities and other needs.
Updates
Most families are still displaced and reliant on humanitarian assistance, including trucked water, particularly for drinking.
Critical health services remain under strain, with medicine shortages increasing dialysis-related transfusion needs
About 1.4 million displaced people (81% of sites) were reported as being affected by rodents and pests (lice, bedbugs, scabies and other ectoparasitic infestations).
Efforts are being made to improve solid waste and drainage management to alleviate these health risks, however pest control items are largely unavailable and difficult to get in.
Since April 6 the inflow of humanitarian aid has increased but is not at full capacity.
